THE COLLEGE Mission |
Faculty |
The CCO's faculty is dedicated to providing the nurturing environment necessary to learn the art of osteopathic palpation and the science of the interrelationships in the human body. Every lead instructor, or assistant, is a qualified graduate of an internationally recognized college of Osteopathy. Each instructor has completed a research thesis in Osteopathy or holds a PhD in a related field of study. The founder of the college, Philippe Druelle, DO, chooses the faculty to ensure that the quality of education and guided practice sessions adhere to the high standards set by the college more than a decade ago. The faculty members are selected for: their competence in the theory and practice of Osteopathy; their compassion for the profession; and their dedication to their own professional and personal development. Since 2004, the faculty has received yearly workshops in andragogy, the science of teaching adults. |
