The ATOCC is an affiliation of Colleges that share common objectives and standards of education.
- Each college provides a minimum of 1,500 hours of instruction in Osteopathy.
- Each faculty member possesses an Osteopathic Diploma, or MD, MA, or PhD in a related field.
- Each faculty member has completed original research and successfully defended their research thesis.
- Each college donates a portion of their revenues to aid osteopathic research.
- Each student receives an extensive education in all aspects of Traditional Osteopathy.
